TRAINING

Following the Initial Consultation and Fitness Evaluation, members will complete 3 instructional training sessions with Lamont  in order to develop a suitable exercise routine

           ONE ON ONE

 

These sessions can be performed at your gym, in your home, or at your office. Each session is prepared in advance based on your goals and feedback from your previous exercise session. Full-time interaction makes this the most effective exercise program offered. 

           GROUP TRAINING

 

You and a friend can have a fully-supervised program for the both of you. Under the guidance of one personal trainer, two clients can share the session and cost of personalized exercise training. Personal Fitness Training for clients also commit to a series of twenty-four sessions, typically meeting three to four times per week.

           SPORTS TRAINING

 

Goal setting and determining your strengths and weaknesses is how every one-on-one session begins. Members will be educated on health, wellness and given a nutrition guideline to follow. Fitness assessments will be performed before and after every exercise module to measure your improvements; holding you accountable.

           VIDEO TRAINING

 

The Video Training experience is like a One on One training program. We provide you with the tools and support to help you meet your fitness goals. Your training sessions are purposeful, and we provide you with the guidance necessary to train effectively on your own.
