These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure their client's improvements in physical fitness. They may also educate their clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines. Qualified personal trainers recognize their own areas of expertise. If a trainer suspects that one of his or her clients has a medical condition that could prevent the client from safe participation in an exercise program, they must refer the client to the proper health professional. Understanding weightlifting: Lifting a weight for 2-4 reps at 95 to 87% of a person maximum lifting amount is powerlifting. 6-8 reps at 85 to78% of a person maximum lifting amount is what I call, muscle sport power conditioning. 12-15 reps at 77 to 71% of a person maximum lifting amount is what I call, aerobics sport muscle conditioning.            CORE STRENGTH

Things that form habits: the science says that it takes 300 - 5000 repetition of a certain activity before it becomes a habit. This can range from how often and the way that we move, to the things that we put into our body. Once a habit is formed, you need not think about it to actually do the activity.
