A little about my training journey: I have been a world class athlete for most of my life. At the age of 10, I was a national sprint champion. I was all-city and metro in basketball, football,and gymnastics in junior high school. In high school, I earned All-state and All-Nebkraska honors in football and track. In college, I broke and still hold most of the strength and conditioning records at The university of Nebraska at Omaha. 4.35 in the 40yard sprint, a UNO record,(on testing day) which was the third fastest colligate time in the country (1993) (my best time was 4.28 in the 40). 3.74 pro-agility run, which was the fastest time on all collegiate division in the country, and a UNO record (1993). My vertical Jump was 42.5inches, which was the best in the country, and a UNO record (1993). At a weight of 178pds I could squat over 550pds, bench press over 385pds, and hang clean over 315pds. I was a all division colligate Gatorade strength and conditioning All-American at UNO (1993). On the football field, I was a four year starter at cornerback, were I was named All-NCC by my junior year. Only because of two torn hamstring, and surgeries on my foot, my Pro football career was limited to Arena football. After college football and between Arena football, I competed in bodybuilding. I have won over 10 bodybuilding shows( Mr. Nebraska NPC, 2x Mr. Nebraska NANBF(natural) 2x Rod Ketchens Tri-states, Kansas city classic, Midwest USA Pro card classic(Won my Pro Card), and have competed on the world level at Musclemania 3x. I was once ranked as high as third in the world at light-heavyweight(Natural Bodybuilding). Even with all of these accomplishment as a world class athlete, my true love for fitness has alway been about striving to be a better me. I know that with all my knowlege, and world class teaching, I have become a truly good professional, at something I love.L.G.Fitness-Messiah.

Thank you for your advice. I have been going to the gym but it's seems I hurt more afterwards. I was wondering if I was missing something. I was expecting for faster results.

 

Hey Lamont, I am Tara Hemiller's husband and you came highly recommended by her for my fitness needs. I'm in need of a personal trainer. I'm 38,'and weigh in at 300. I'm pretty uneducated in nutrition, diet, and fitness. I have osteoarthritis in my left knee, which really limits me doing what I love and that is being a youth soccer referee. Trimming down, and establishing a good diet is my goal. I'm the only income, but this is very important to me, so I'll do my best to make it work if you are available as a personal trainer or whatever capacity you can help me in. What are your costs for anything you can help me with. My work hours are 3am-3pm most days. Anything you can help me with would be most appreciated, and if you aren't available I appreciate you taking the time to read this. Thanks -Ronald

Ok, My days off are Sunday n Monday and I would like to get in for a consolation on Monday if possible to get the ball rolling however I will give you a ring today. I'm a tex person and I don't know if that's ok but I will call you first. It will be a Memphis #. Recently moved back home to Omaha.

 

Help!!!!,Hey, I was wondering if u could give me some pointers or let me know what I'm doing wrong. I have been working out for the past 6 weeks with no change and on a 1280 calorie diet. What am I doing wrong?
