A little insight on the process of doing my morning cardio. Doing morning cardio should be done within the first hour of waking up, and food should be taken in shortly after doing the cardio session. There are two reasons for doing this process in this order. The first reason is because if you prolong doing cardio being awake for a number of hours, the body might think that it's starving and any food consumption afterwards maybe stored as body fat. Second the longer that you're waiting to do the activity, the longer that you're waiting to eat, the more likely the body would think that it's starving.L.G. Thanks.
