FREE!

Morning: Multi-vitamin. Fish oils( as on package). BCAA's (as on package). 5mg of L-glutamine.

Luch: 1000mg of vitamin C or E.

Before workout: 1000mg of vitamin C or E. BCAA's. Your own pre-workout drink and or creatine.

After workout: 1000mg of vitamin C or E. BCAA's. Your own post-workout drink.
