What does the BIBLE say about the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits to working hard, and exercising in some compacity.L.G.Fitness-Messiah. #ilivethis #lgfitnessmessiah

1 Corinthians 6:19-20. Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.

Romans 12:1. I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.

Philippians 4:13. I can do all things through him who strengthens me.

1 Timothy 4:8. For while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.

Isaiah40:28-31. Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.

Proverb24:5. A wise man is full of strength, and a man of knowledge enhances his might,

1 Corinthians 9:27. But I discipline my body and keep it under control, lest after preaching to others I myself should be disqualified.

Psalm 144:1-15. Of David. Blessed be the Lord, my rock, who trains my hands for war, and my fingers for battle; he is my steadfast love and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield and he in whom I take refuge, who subdues peoples under me. O Lord, what is man that you regard him, or the son of man that you think of him? Man is like a breath; his days are like a passing shadow. Bow your heavens, O Lord, and come down! Touch the mountains so that they smoke!

2 Thessalonians 3:10. For even when we were with you, we would give you this command: If anyone is not willing to work, let him not eat.
