Eat a apple at night.

The long believed myth about eating after 6:00 PM or later on in the evening, is just that, a myth. Nutritional intake is a anabolic activity. During the human body anabolic activities, lean muscle retention or gains is possible. If you are retaining lean muscle or gaining lean muscle, you are not creating body fat.

Apples are carbohydrate that promote liver glycogen storage. Liver glycogen is the energy source that is replenished and utilized by the body for systemic energy. Although fully stored liver glycogen does not promote fat loss, liver glycogen is utilized as energy at rest, for metabolic function. This is necessary for brain function and overall health.

Eating an apple at night will promote liver glycogen replenishment. Liver glycogen is key in the promotion of energy replenishment, which will prepare you for the next day activities. During the following day activities, liver glycogen depletion, is important in the promotion of utilizing body fat as an energy source, and promoting fat loss.L.G.Fitness-Messiah.www.lgfitnessmessiah.com ‪#‎personaltrainer‬ ‪#‎ilivethis‬ ‪#‎facts‬
